What is this program all about

The IHA Mentorship Program is a 4-month guided journey designed to support early-career African women through a high-impact Bootcamp in June focused on clarity, skills, and readiness and a structured Mentorship Program from July to October, combining learning, accountability, and community.
This program aims to provide guidance, support, and a platform for skill development, fostering a community of growth and empowerment.
Our program structure includes one-on-one mentorship consultations, webinars and networking sessions, and an opportunity to work on a Capstone Project.

Requirements for the program

To be eligle you must be a citizen of any African country and be able to actively participate in virtual sessions scheduled within African time zones, so candidates from Nigeria can apply for this program

Be at the age range of between 18 and 29 years old at the time of application

Educational backgrounds, you need to hold at least an undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of post-graduation work experience.

Skills that are Important for this role

Apart been a resident in an African country also be willing and able to commit 5–6 hours per week for the full 4-month duration of the program
Have reliable access to the internet and preferably a laptop or personal computer to fully participate in virtual activities.
